Shipping Methods All watches are securely shipped using traceable and insured shipping services to ensure the safe arrival of your order. Personal delivery or pickup may also be arranged by prior agreement in Stockholm or Lugano.

Delivery Time Standard delivery time is typically 3-7 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are clearly indicated at the time of order and depend on the delivery address, selected shipping method, and insured value.
