Our Approach
Having an in-house watchmaker means no compromises. We combine traditional Swiss watchmaking techniques with modern precision tools, working under our own roof to ensure security, transparency, and consistency. Each watch begins its service journey with a detailed examination—movement performance, case integrity, water resistance, and originality are all assessed. No work is undertaken without a complete understanding of the watch’s condition and history.
The Service Process
Inspection & Diagnosis
Complete visual and mechanical inspection.
Timegrapher test for accuracy, amplitude, and beat error.
Verification of originality and component condition.
Disassembly & Cleaning
Full disassembly of the movement
Ultrasonic cleaning of all components
Preservation of original finishes and components whenever possible
Repair & Replacement
Worn components replaced only with authentic, manufacturer-original parts.
All gaskets replaced to restore water resistance.
No cosmetic part replaced without explicit client approval.
Reassembly & Lubrication
Precision reassembly following manufacturer specifications.
Correct lubricants applied to all functional points.
Regulation & Testing
Regulated to chronometer tolerances where possible.
Multi-position accuracy testing over several days.
Water-resistance test performed where applicable.
Final Quality Control
Full visual inspection under magnification
